Saddle & Soul Equine Centre is a heart-centred equine facility dedicated to supporting horses and humans through holistic care, education, and transformative equine experiences.
2. Where are you located?
76 Dulguigan Rd, Dulguigan NSW. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Murwillumbah in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, and 20 minutes from the Queensland border.
3. What are your operating hours?
We operate by appointment to ensure personalised attention for each client. Our typical hours are: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

4. Do you offer services for people who don’t own a horse?
Yes! We provide a range of experiences for people who simply love horses, including grooming sessions, groundwork, connection experiences, and equine-assisted support.

Our services are by appointment only to ensure the best experience for both horses and humans.

6. What kind of experiences can I have with the horses?

7. Do I need prior experience with horses?
No prior horse experience is necessary. Our programs are designed to accommodate individuals at all levels, from beginners to experienced riders. We tailor each session to meet your current skill level and personal goals.

Yes, we offer lessons for beginner children, teens and adults and lessons for intermediate and experienced riders with our specialist coaches.
11. Can I bring my own horse to my lesson?
Definitely! We encourage this, so that our instructors and coaches can support your relationship with your horse.

Agistment & Horse Care
13. What is agistment and do you offer it?
Agistment refers to the boarding and daily management of your horse/s at our facility. At Saddle & Soul Equine Centre, we offer premium full-care agistment, focusing on holistic care and wellbeing. We also offer additional services such as specialised nutrition plans, rehabilitation programs, and groundwork or handling sessions for an additional fee.

Yes! We welcome short term and long term stays with us.

18. Do you offer racehorse / thoroughbred spelling at your facility?
Yes, Tweed Valley Equine Centre was run predominantly as a thoroughbred spelling facility for many years, and we have continued the arrangement with trainers to offer high-quality spelling for thoroughbreds of all ages, ensuring these equine athletes rest, recuperate and return to training in excellent condition.

19. What kind of equine wellness services do you offer?
We provide a range of holistic services, including nutrition support, herbal and natural remedies, rehabilitation programs, and bodywork sessions.
20. Do you offer rehabilitation for injured or recovering horses?
Yes, in conjunction with your veterinarian, we offer rehabilitation programs tailored to your horse’s needs, including physical and emotional support.
21. Can you help with horses that have emotional trauma or behavioural challenges?
Yes, we specialise in supporting horses through trauma recovery and emotional balance using natural and holistic methods.
Equine-Assisted Support
22. What is equine-assisted support?
Equine-assisted support is our form of Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) - a guided experience that helps individuals develop confidence, emotional resilience, and personal growth through interactions with horses.
23. Who can benefit from equine-assisted support?
This is beneficial for children, teenagers, adults, teams and corporate groups looking for personal development, confidence building, or emotional healing.
24. Do you offer programs for children with special needs?

Facilities, Booking & Payments
25. Do you offer arena hire?
Yes, our facilities are available for hire for private use by individuals, groups, coaches and workshop facilitators.

Payment is due at the time of booking for all services.
28. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. People who don’t turn up for sessions will forfeit the full cost of the session.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for our equine experiences and wellness services.

We specialise in gentle, confidence-building interactions that help people feel safe and comfortable around horses. We can support people who are working on overcoming horse phobias.
