Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go to plan however, if for any reason, you can’t make your appointment, it’s important you let us know, as late cancellations and no-shows are a loss of business for us.

Please be aware of the following:

You can reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment time;

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, 100% of your appointment is non-refundable to recover costs incurred in maintaining the availability of our team and resources;

A confirmation message will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm within 24 hours of receiving the message. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation fee.

If your appointment is affected by weather conditions such as flooding, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available session.

We’re pleased to offer a complimentary consultation and quoting service. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time.
