Lesson & Session Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change! However, as we run a busy schedule and have horses, instructors, and facilities prepared for each session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your lesson can be rescheduled at no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking or non-attendance: The full lesson fee will be charged or forfeited if prepaid.​
