Session Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as we run a busy schedule and have horses, staff, and facilities prepared for each session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your session can be rescheduled at no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking: The full session fee will be charged or forfeited if prepaid.​

• No-shows: full session fee will be charged or forfeited if prepaid.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone at short notice due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.​
