Terms & Conditions

Saddle & Soul Equine Centre

1. Assumption of Risk

​

Horses are unpredictable animals. Activities involving horses carry inherent risks including injury, illness, property damage or death.

Participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility.

2. Health & Fitness

​

Participants must:

  • Be physically capable of participating

  • Disclose any relevant health conditions

  • Follow all safety instructions

We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.

​

3. Children & Minors

​

Participants under 18 years must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Children must remain supervised at all times.

​

4. Bookings & Payments

​

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

  • Payment terms will be outlined at time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

​

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

​​

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your session can be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking: The full session fee will be charged or forfeited if prepaid.​

  • No-shows: full session fee will be charged or forfeited if prepaid

​​

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone at short notice due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Behaviour Expectations

​

Participants must:

  • Follow staff instructions

  • Treat horses and others with respect

  • Not behave in a way that compromises safety

​

We reserve the right to remove participants from the property if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

​

7. Property Access

​

Participants must:

  • Only access approved areas

  • Sign the Risk Notice & Waiver of Liability

  • Follow biosecurity protocols

  • Close gates as directed

​​

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the extent permitted by law, Saddle & Soul Equine Centre is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Indirect or consequential loss

​

9. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
